Moving Out?
HMLP requires anyone moving out of a residence to submit a Stop Service Request in order for accounts to be closed.
Moving In?
HMLP requires all new and existing customers to complete a Start Service Request when moving to a new address.
New owners
New owners are required to provide the following before service can begin.

ex. Purchase and Sale
New Renters
New renters are required to provide:
- Start Service Request
- Copy of Government Photo ID

Proof of Occupancy Certificate
from the Board of Health
Deposits & Fees
- All rentals require a deposit. New customer accounts come with a $40 new account fee
